You left out the BEST restaurant in Moab – Pasta Jay’s! They have fantastic Italian dishes, plus the most amazing tiramisu. I go to Moab every year for my birthday, and you can’t pass on Jay’s. Arches is fun, but there are TONS of hikes to do outside the national parks, where you can also bring dogs along and that have water to cool off. However, I think you hit the main attraction:) -Alicia @ http://www.girlonahike.com

I have been trying to get to this area of the country ever since my girlfriend moved there, now way too many years ago. I need to make some plans. Stat! (awesome trip you had!)

Moab is on our must visit list! We want to go glamping there, do loads of hiking and hot air balloon over Moab. Now I’ve got some recommendations of where to eat too, so thanks!

The scenery looks epic! I’ve only driven through Monument Valley and I’ve definitely been longing to go back and spend more time hiking in Utah!

It’s such a travesty – I’ve been through Moab dozens of times in my lifetime, but have only really stopped for gas. (It’s the halfway point between where I live now and where I grew up.) This is definitely inspiring me to plan a trip with Moab as my destination!!

I have been to Utah several times, but never made it to Moab. Looks like I need to put it on my list! Love the hike you did, and so many great eats! What a fun trip!

One of my fave places and only 4 hours from home! Love the Love Muffin and Milt’s Stop and Eat – fantastic grass fed burgers and buffalo burgers. Sit outside on the patio under a gigantic cottonwood. It’s a hoppin’ place! Going next week, I’ll try some of your recommendations!
