Over the past week, I’ve lost track of the days like you wouldn’t believe. A short little vacation can really do that to you.
By the way, I had the absolute BEST time in Scottsdale and I cannot wait to show you all the pictures of all the food we ate + our hiking adventures. Stay tuned!
Anyway, how have you been? I’ve been focused on doing my taxes, which somehow always take longer than I anticipate. They also always frustrate me more than they ever have before. Why is that? One of the downsides of being an entrepreneur, I suppose.
This weekend we’re heading to Tony’s parents to spend some time with them, but not before I head to Barcocina tonight to get dinner and drinks with one of my best friends! I’ve been craving really good Mexican food for the past week. Scratch that, I always crave Mexican food. A bowl of guacamole in front of me is life.
I have to make this week both short and sweet so I can get to a workout, so here we go!
