I am LOVING your cookbook! I have already made so many things and they have all been easy and delicious! I am about to make the morning glory muffins for the second time, and I was wondering if there was a way to add pumpkin to them? I was thinking about swapping the apple sauce for canned pumpkin, or the shredded apple. Any recommendations?
