I eat tofu about 5 days a week. I like the ore cubed. So much easier. I throw my in stir frys or bake in the oven. Plain no seasoning. Love it!!

This is a super helpful guide!! Thank you for posting. I like to crisp up tofu too as you would roasting veggies etc. Sometimes I’ll dredge it in a bit of corn starch to speed things up a bit. Baked tofu keeps so well in the fridge too. Its great to have for tossing on top of salads or heating up with some roasted veggies over brown rice.

Great post! I love tofu and have been eating it since I was a kid so…20 years now! Yikes.
Anyway, it’s always nice to find new tofu recipes, and like the above commenter said, it just takes one good tofu recipe to make someone a fan – just ask my meat-eating boyfriend 😉

Thank you! I love tofu and am always looking for new ideas to use it! My favourite ways are scrambled tofu for breakfast and mousse au chocolat or tiramisu with silken tofu as a base, it tastes like the real thing but is much lower in calories:)
    Your blog is awesome!!

THANK YOU! This is seriously perfect timing for me! I have been wanting to try tofu and have been a bit intimidated by the different types and ways to cook it.

This is actually my go-to tofu brand! I’ve got a healthy way to make really crispy tofu that I season and eat like baked chickpeas. It’s a great little protein bomb of a snack that can be seasoned any way! Tofu is so much fun to cook with and I love that the clean up is easier than it is with meats.
