Happy Friday everyone! Abra here, the Brand Manager behind Ambitious Kitchen and Instagram artist behind #abrassalad. As you know Monique is in Cabo soaking up the sun and enjoying some well-deserved R&R, so she left me the honor of introducing myself and sharing my weekend faves with all of you.

My name: is pronounced “Abraham” without the “ham.” Appropriately so, because I’m a vegetarian. However, this brings me to point 2…
On being vegetarian: I’ve recently coined the label “flexitarian,” as I’m a big fan of bacon and Monique’s AMAZING salmon recipe.
Where I call home: I’m from Minnesota, went to a school in Massachusetts, and made my way back to the Midwest two years ago. I also lived in New Zealand for 6 months — in my heart I still call it home!
My favorite movie:Â Titanic. Specifically the 2-part VHS version. I could probably perform it as a one-woman-show (and love me some young Leo DiCaprio).
Everything else in a nutshell: When I’m not at AK HQ eating all of the DANK coconut oil chocolate chunk cookies, you can find me on the Chicago lakefront path (because, cookies) or updating my Spotify playlist with the latest in indie, electronic & Ellie Goulding.

LOL adorable, Im a vegetarian too, have been for 4 years but january i will be back on the meat train ! mainly seafood, i cant take not having lobster, crabs, and fish in my life anymore lol thanks for sharing!
