My kids randomly decided they were anti-strawberries one week so I had a carton to spare that were on their way out. This was a delicious way to use them. The bake itself is not overly sweet and the glaze hits perfectly. I’ll definitely make this again!

Such a great way to use them up!

This looks wonderful for a ladies brunch! Could I double the recipe, and make ahead and refrigerate overnight to bake in the morning?
I love all your recipes! Thank you!

You can, or you can bake day before and reheat in the morning 🙂

I made this last night for “breakfast dinner” and it was amazing! The only thing I did different was to brown the butter for the icing (because is there too much browned butter?)
I want to make this for Easter breakfast. Can I double it for a 9×13? Thoughts on cook time? Thanks!!!

    • replied:

So good! You’ll likely have a bit too much “batter” after doubling it for a 9×13 inch pan – I’d recommend 1.5x the recipe or using two 8×8 inch square pans.

This is delicious. I’ve made it several times now. I double the recipe. It’s great to serve a group for brunch or cut up and freeze the leftovers to enjoy whenever. It is even better (if that’s possible) served with a bit of turbinado sugar sprinkled on top for the fun crunch and heavy cream. Yum.

This was delicious! It reminded me of the strawberries n cream instant packets I ate as a college student but leveled way up! We used frozen strawberries as we didn’t have fresh on hand, it worked out great. The kids loved the pink drizzle for a valentine’s special, the grown ups dined without and it was still decadent! I might try with one egg next time as it felt a little eggy to me (our eggs may have been too large though, who knows). This recipe rocks and we will be making it over and over!

    • replied:

YES I ate those, too! So happy this was a hit, and let me know if you give it a try with 1 egg 🙂

This recipe is sooo good!! I typically make a baked oats recipe from your website on a Friday night and have a nice breakfast treat for me and my partner Saturday, Sunday, and Monday morning. I let it fully cool, but the berries got quite mushy overnight, and after a couple days they were more of a colorless blob than berry so I think this one is best eaten quickly. I may try omitting the berries next time and slicing to serve on top when eaten. Either way, it’s delicious!

    • replied:

Love that idea! The berries will tend to break down over time, but I find that it’s still delicious. You can absolutely serve them on top!

What a delightful baked oatmeal! One of the bests I’ve ever made/eaten! I added 2T of ground flaxseed, and a small handful of dark chocolate chips when I folded in the strawberries, and used a mashed strawberry with 1/2 cup powdered sugar for the glaze (just microwave for 20 secs and stir to help smooth it out) cause I can’t find freeze dried fruits anywhere. Incredible!! Will definitely be making this over and over again! Thank you!!!

Delicious. Subbed in fresh blueberries in the base but kept the strawberry glaze. Also added small handful (about 2 T.) of ground flaxseed to the oatmeal. Sweet and tasty.

SOO yummy! I added in some chia seeds and a scoop of aloha vanilla protein powder, i added a bit more milk so it wasnt too dry, and i love that glaze 😍

This was so good!! My new favorite baked oatmeal. I added hemp hearts and chia seeds for some healthy fats, and drizzled with almond butter as a topping. The almond extract makes it extra special. Thanks Monique!!

This was so good! Im very new to browning butter still but the detailed explanation was so helpful, i skipped the glaze and just topped mine with vanilla yogurt and flax seeds 🙂

Excellent recipe! The brown butter gave a nice, caramel like taste; thanks for the instructions to prepare brown butter. I omitted the frosting and topped with Greek yoghurt and ground flax. A keeper and will definitely make again.

I made this for my freezer as I prepped for postpartum and I’m so glad I did! One of the best baked oatmeal recipes I’ve ever had. It froze and reheated well too and was a great treat/snack around the clock.

This turned out great! I left the freeze dried strawberries out of the icing and it was still delicious. I froze some for later and it thaws and reheats well.

This recipe is amazing! I used coconut milk and frozen strawberries because thats what I had. The almond extract and brown butter add such nice flavors.

This oatmeal bake was so delicious! I have made the triple berries and cream oatmeal so many times but this one might be my new favorite. I am thinking it’s that unbelievable strawberry glaze, don’t skip out! If you bake it at 35-40 mins that was the sweet spot for me, and if you notice some liquid/bubbles (it’s not undercooked!) just watch the golden edges like the recipe says.

Thanks for another easy make ahead desserty breakfast!!

This recipe is great for meal prep! I made muffins and baked at 400 for 25 minutes. I think pulsing the oats gives the bake a better texture. It works great with whole milk too (that’s all I had) and I left out the almond extract because I didn’t have any! I made a half batch and was able to fill 5 muffin cups to the brim!

As soon as I saw this recipe, I knew I had to make it. I did half strawberry and half raspberry because it’s what I had in my refrigerator. I ate it plain without a topping and it was great. Super easy to put together and the brown butter really elevates the oatmeal. Yum, yum, yum! Thank you and I look forward to making this again.

    • replied:

Love that! Great idea to do both berries. Such a delicious breakfast!

This looks absolutely insanely delicious, and I can’t wait to make it! 😍 Just wondering, if I wanted to add some protein powder to this to bump up the protein content a bit, would that work? How much would you add?

    Thank you so much!

    • replied:

Hi! I think that should work, but you’ll have to add a little extra milk so that it’s not too dry.
