I loved this dish! I would absolutely eat this as a main meal, but we already had shrimp thawed out when I came across the recipe, so we had some simple roasted shrimp alongside it. I used this as a “clean the fridge of all the sad veggies we neglected over Christmas” meal, so I had chickpeas, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, multi-color baby bell peppers, and red onions. I can attest that it’s delicious with a variety of veggies! Can’t wait to make this one again.

This made for an amazing vegetarian lunch! I also added a small eggplant to the mix, and a spoonful of nutritional yeast to the sauce. Loved everything about this, can’t wait to eat it tomorrow!

My husband calls this the “restaurant quality meal”. We have made it many times and it’s AMAZING! We add pearl couscous and sometimes extra veggies to the mix. Its a hit every single time!

      So happy to hear that!

Love this recipe so much! I have made it so many times. My husband calls it the “restaurant quality meal”. I follow the recipe but I normally add more veggies and chickpeas so I have leftovers. I also add pearl couscous

Ive literally never left a recipe review before but HOLY COW this was absolutely amazing! Followed directions but just grilled all veggies and chickpeas instead of baking. Used lime instead of lemon but I don’t see how you could go wrong either way. This was a punch of amazing flavors. Thank you!

This recipe was excellent!! Veggies are currently in my oven, making it for the third time in two weeks. The yogurt sauce is so good! I thought this would be more appropriate as a side dish but we had it as an entree and didn’t miss the protein at all!! Highly recommend as an easy weeknight meal.

Sheeeesh you went off on this recipe! The mix of sesame veggies with the yogurt tahini sauce is an elite flavor combo. I just made this for lunch and my boyfriend and I devoured it with pita bread! Couldn’t ask for a more perfect late summer lunch.

This was honestly so good. It will be on repeat at our house. The only substitute I made was mixing red onion and shallot because that’s what I had around the house. Other than that, I followed the recipe as published and it was incredible.

Awesome recipe. The tahini yogurt is excellent. We had this for dinner so I swapped chickpeas for shrimp and topped each bowl with yogurt (so creamy when you mix it all together!). I can see how this would be a beautiful dinner party dish if you plate the recipe as written.

This is a superb recipe. I used mushrooms instead of red pepper. The tahini sauce is key, don’t skip that! Had it with pita and thoroughly enjoyed it.

This recipe was so good. The yogurt sauce was the key – I used sunflower seed butter instead of tahini – and dribbled it on top instead of underneath. I did not want to stop eating it. Super easy to prep. I served with your Sesame Chicken and rice. Super duper yum.
