I have been making this smoothie for over two years since I discovered it. I keep coming back to it. This is our family’s go-to smoothie. I use soy milk, and I like to add ground flax seed and hemp hearts. Thank you!

I’ve been laid up after surgery and can only eat soft foods, hence Living on your smoothies for breakfast and a few lunches. This one and the PB oatmeal cookie are my faves! My hubs is becoming quite the smoothie pro trying all your recipes and now loves them as much as I do. THANK YOU for having so many delicious combos! He appreciated the easy directions, and I love the variety and vibrancy. With each sip I feel them boosting my healing And my mood. 😉

Delish! I followed the recipe as described except I used a few more strawberries and a little less milk to make a smoothie bowl! Added shredded coconut, nuts, and blueberries on top and it was such a great mid afternoon treat!

This was SO GOOD! I did not have frozen strawberries so used a berry mix which included cherries blueberries and strawberries. I added hemp hearts, a little bit of Greek yogurt and a tablespoon or so of maple syrup. It was so good

Made this as my post-workout meal today and it hit the spot! I included my collagen supplement and hemp hearts, along with my vanilla protein powder. I want to try making it without the protein powder next time because I think the strong vanilla flavor took away from the strawberries a little. Thinking I’ll try raspberries next time too!

  • says:

Do they have to be frozen strawberries?

    • replied:

Hi! It helps to keep the smoothie nice and thick but if you don’t mind it a little thinner, fresh would be fine! You could also try adding a couple ice cubes 🙂
