As mentioned previously, this week we’ll be sharing the weekly workouts, meal plan and grocery list. If you’re a member of our Facebook group, then you’ll get early access to each week’s meal plan and grocery list so you can prep early. We’d love for you to join us!
Today I’ll be providing the meal plan and grocery list for you to download. Check out Lee’s post for the Week 1 Fitness Plan; it’s one of my favorites because it has emphasis on both cardio and lower body. Booty booty booty, rockin’ everywhere!
Now on to the Week 1 Meal Plan!

As I mentioned last week, the meal plans were designed for a single female. We also factored in the workouts when we were creating the plan. As a reminder, please do not focus on the calories or numbers, but rather on providing your body healthy, nourishing food. Be sure to check serving sizes too!
I’m sure there will be plenty of questions on the meal plan and modifications but we want to emphasize that this is just a guideline; feel free to modify the plan to fit your dietary needs and caloric intake. FYI: Most of the meals are from both AK and FFF, so you know they’re delicious!

I love that your philosophy is whole foods instead of counting calories. That’s my opinion too! I started swapping protein powder for yogurt and pasteurized egg whites to up my protein in smoothies. Everyone seems to accept the powder as healthy, but it is highly processed chemicals.
So excited to get started on the yummy food and awesome workouts!
Would it be possible for you to post a copy of the meal plan without the calorie information?
