Can you believe that it’s already WEEK 5 of the #SummerSWEATseries?
I hope you’ve been loving the meal plans, grocery lists and workouts. It’s been incredibly motivating to see all of your photos in the Facebook page and on Instagram. You are seriously inspiring!
This week you can find all of your Week 5 Workouts over on Fit Foodie Finds.
I don’t know about you, but personally it can be frustrating to try and eat healthy and clean ALL THE TIME. Actually it’s pretty unrealistic. It’s important to remember that you have to get out there and still enjoy your life, indulge every once in a while and find a happy medium. If you’re just starting out on your health journey or if you simply need a reset, I recommend giving yourself little goals to achieve each week. Don’t try to do everything at once because for most people it isn’t sustainable for the long-term. And you want to be healthy for the long-term, right?! RIGHT!
Small steps lead to big goals. YOU GOT THIS!
This week’s meal plans is one of my FAVORITES of the series. Here’s what I’m looking forward to trying or making again:
Black Bean, Corn & Quinoa Enchilada Bake
Superfood Paleo Coconut Flour Brownies

Definitely smoothies!
Totally crushing on those coconut flour brownies!!
I like to make coconut protein bars with protein powder. Yummy!

I love protein powder in my smoothies after a workout…can’t be beat!
I love protein powder in my smoothies but am very intrigued with the comments talking about protein pancakes! mmm
I use protein powder in my post-workout smoothies,
I like using protein powder to bake with as well as pre and or post workout shakes with fruit and vegetables!
In my morning smoothie. A great way to start my morning, gets me moving and keeps me feeling satisfied well into the morning.
I like to mix chocolate PP with greek yogurt and strawberries.
I love vanilla protein powder in almost every smoothie I make. I’m training for my first full marathon in October in Chattanooga, TN and I use protein smoothies as a way to refuel post workout. It’s the best during the summer heat/humidity. Still trying to find a brand of powder that I love.
Also- I love the summer sweat series with grocery lists!! Such a huge help to have a list to shop with. (I’m also a newly proclaimed Trader Joes junkie)
Thanks!
