Hi! I’m so glad you love these cookies! They are one of my favorites, too! My suggestion would be to add 1 teaspoon of ground ginger, 1/2 teaspoon of cloves, and replace some of the sugar for molasses! Hi Monique, I’m going to make this today or tomorrow for a Christmas Cookie Exchange tomorrow night. I’m supposed to bring 6 dozen cookies. I tried searching your site for how many one batch makes but couldn’t find it. I’m sorry if you’ve already answered this before.
