Hi Monique, I’m going to make this today or tomorrow for a Christmas Cookie Exchange tomorrow night. I’m supposed to bring 6 dozen cookies. I tried searching your site for how many one batch makes but couldn’t find it. I’m sorry if you’ve already answered this before. Hi Cindy! This recipe make about 24-36 cookies – depending on how big you make them. Enjoy!

These are seriously my favorite cookie EVER! Best flavor and texture! So thank you for that 🙂 Do you think there is an easy way to turn this recipe into a molasses/gingerbread cookie? Maybe add molasses and some spices? That would be amazing!
Hi! I’m so glad you love these cookies! They are one of my favorites, too! My suggestion would be to add 1 teaspoon of ground ginger, 1/2 teaspoon of cloves, and replace some of the sugar for molasses!
