I didn’t have any strawberries on hand so I used frozen wild blueberries instead. Topped with some almond butter & granola. My husband and I both enjoyed this today and I already have another batch in the fridge for tomorrow. Thank you!

This was so good and i love that it packs a good amount of protein, i subbed in cherries for the strawberries and added in almond extract, it was so yummy! 10/10

Fab! I hate bananas (love banana bread though- so weird…) so I omitted the banana and instead blended half of the (frozen) strawberries with the non dairy milk so it was strawberry milk vibes, I just diced the rest and added them as instructed. Topped with toasted almonds since I was out of AB. I used flax rather than chia and plain whole milk Greek yogurt rather than non fat! Worked perfectly, a new fave.

Absolutely delicious and nutritious,,,,It’s pretty hot over here in India. So I soaked oats for 3 hours only, Soaking overnight is prone to give foul smell….Enjoyed it thoroughly…A five star recipe….Thanks for sharing…

I’m not the biggest fan of overnight oats, but I had to try this combination because I like strawberry, banana, and almond butter smoothies. And this recipe didn’t disappoint. The flavors are delicious with the almond butter adding a little something extra. I would make this again.

Delicious!! I used Kite Hill protein yogurt and added a bit of maple syrup, then topped with alm butter and my homemade granola and it was divine. I can’t wait to make it again.

I had about a tablespoon of almond butter left in my jar so I just made a half recipe and mixed it up right in the jar to make sure I don’t waste a drop! I used plain coconut yogurt and less maple syrup since I don’t like my oats as sweet. Can’t go wrong with the classic strawberry banana combo, and the almond butter adds such a good flavor!

    • replied:

SUCH a great idea to make this right in the almond butter jar! Thanks for sharing, Melissa 🙂

I love this overnight oats recipe! It was the first overnight oats recipe I tried and I’ve been making it ever since! I usually meal prep 4 of these at time so I can have breakfast ready to go Monday- Thursday. I don’t usually add the strawberries and almond butter as they are expensive where I live, but everything else is generally the same! For 4 servings I use two smashed bananas, 2 cups of milk, 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt, 2 cups oats, two tablespoons chia seeds, and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar. I store them in mason jars and they stay good for 4-5 days in the fridge!

    This is absolutely delicious!!!
I made it for the first time last week, it was a total hit for my family!!! I alternate the butter from Almond to Hazelnut or Peanut butter, delicious with all of them.
Now I’ll be making it every other night!
    Thank you!

This was one of the first overnight oats recipes I found when I started eating them several years ago, and it’s remained one of my favorites, and actually your other OO recipes are also faves of mine too :). Great mix of all the good stuff I need to keep me full and blood sugar stable all morning til lunchtime–which many OO recipes online do not have, a lot are too sweet or don’t have enough protein, and this is perfect. Thanks!!

Thanks for a delicious breakfast! I didn’t have vanilla yogurt, so I added a bit of vanilla extract to my plain yogurt. I love how creamy it is! This is a vast improvement on my regular overnight oats.

I made 4 servings of this oatmeal this week and I LOVED it! It’s super quick to throw together. I love how easy it is to grab and go during busy mornings. Just top it with almond butter and you’re out the door! I can see this becoming a staple in my meal prep routine. Thank you for the great recipe!
