This Summer has been remarkable.
To tell you the truth, I thought I’d have more down time to relax but then I realize that life is short and all I want to do is see the world like any twenty-something. I spent a lot of time traveling without any regrets. The discovery of new places always excites me and I couldn’t feel any more blessed to celebrate the end of Summer with a happy heart.
In other exciting end of Summer news, Tony should be getting home from baseball next week, so we’ll be spending time together eating everything that Chicago has to offer. Date nights (and BDUBS) here we come!
As an ode to the end of a beautiful season, I’ve been sipping on this gorgeous smoothie. I need to be honest with you: It’s one of my favorite smoothies I’ve ever made. I’m not sure if it was the simple ingredients with bold, refreshing flavors, or the fact that it made me feel like Britney Spears on a Vegas stage (AKA a Goddess).
And there are only 4 ingredients: Pineapple, raspberries, watermelon and almond milk. This means you can jazz it up however you’d like! Try adding in a scoop of your favorite protein powder or a tablespoon of chia seeds.
I think they’d be a gorgeous treat for a Labor Day brunch or just as a weekend refresher after one too many cocktails. Maybe? Probably.

Sounds like a delicious way to enjoy a late summer morning
Not only is that gorgeous and healthy, but super cool too! Love the pineapple shell! Great idea!
That pineapple-turned-drinking-vessel makes this smoothie look even more delightful. I’d love to try a similar recipe, but with coconut water!
Love your pineapple cup! And the addition of watermelon in the smoothies. Sounds like the perfect summer drink!
What a fun way to serve a smoothie! I can’t believe I’ve never tried pineapple and watermelon together. That must happen soon!

thank you for holding on to summer for a bit longer with me! Love that you put the smoothie inside an actual pineapple, I’ll have five of these for the weekend please!
What an awesome creation, Monique!
I want to drink one of those smoothies in a lounge chair on the beach.
This is so fun! Of course who wouldn’t want to have a fun drink out of a pineapple but the flavor combo is the best!
I’m so sad to see watermelon leave us. It’s one of my favorite summer treats. This smoothie looks amazing.

I love a good pineapple cup and the smoothie looks delicious too!
love a delicious smoothie like this!
I just made this and it came out delicious. I did have much pineapple, so the watermelon flavor takes over. I plan to try this again. I wonder how it would taste with orange juice. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
So glad you enjoyed! This smoothie recipe has orange juice and is wonderful, too 🙂
