So who is ready for a serious detox after the 4th of July? I know I am!
I’ve been in Alabama for nearly two weeks with Tony because we’re in love and can’t get enough of each other. Just being honest haha. In all seriousness, one of the best parts about my job is that I can work from anywhere and so this Summer I’ve been taking full advantage of that.
Of course I always make sure there is a gym nearby so I can either use my Classpass or workout on my own. Typically I’m a HUGE fan of group fitness classes because I love the competitiveness and fun atmosphere, however the #SummerSWEATseries has really changed how I workout. I don’t know about you all, but I’ve been LOVING the program we put together and look forward going to the gym every single day to work out on my own. It’s actually FUN and is starting to become a habit in my daily routine.
And like I’ve said before, these workouts are like having a personal trainer working with you. They are DIFFICULTÂ and push you, especially the cardio and leg days. It reminds me a lot of a Shred 415 or Orange Theory class… but better! If you’ve been following me along on snapchat, (username: ambitiouskitch) I’ve been posting some of my workouts too! #sweatfest
During this week’s fitness plan we take it back to the first week of workouts (see below).
Be sure to head over to Fit Foodie Finds for the Week 4 nutrition plan + grocery list!
Monday: Cardio Crank Lower Body Circuit
Tuesday: 10 to 1 Lower Body + Abs
Wednesday: Tabatas- Lower Body + Core Supersets
Thursday:Â Rock Hard Core Stability Workout
Friday: Cardio + Strength Ladder Circuit
My favorite workouts have probably been the cardio + strength ladder circuit and the 10 to 1 lower body and abs! I can notice that I’m getting stronger and more lean. In fact, I’ve lost several inches and a few pounds. Even Tony noticed!
Don’t forget to head over to Fit Foodie Finds for the nutrition plan and grocery list!
P.S. Don’t forget to join our #SummerSWEATseries Facebook group. We always have amazing giveaways and it’s a great way to stay motivated and chat with others who are participating in the series!
Have a wonderful week! xoxo.

Yes, I’m starting a new chapter in my life. And I’ve been exercising daily since 7/01/15. Power walking mostly, but some tennis also.
I saw this on Lee’s site too! I’m super excited for this week!
Hi! Just wanted to let you know I’ve tried a couple of the summer sweat series and LOVED them! I also tried the “mint chocolate” shakes (healthy green smoothies), and I’m hooked. Thanks for all the great ideas!
