Hi! Do you have your morning cup of joe after a few Cinco de Mayo festivities?
This week: I had the intention of testing out a new enchilada recipe couples by a few skinny margaritas and a bowl of guacamole, but ended up staying in Minnesota a few more nights with Lee so we could work. I always forget how beautiful Minnesota is in the Spring/Summer. There’s nothing quite like it. The lakes are bustling with active people, the food scene is always surprising and there’s just this really contagious energy.
I’m back home now and have an incredibly busy weekend ahead of me working and catching up on emails. Seriously, my inbox is out of control.
This weekend:Â We’re headed to Tony’s parents to celebrate Mother’s Day with his mom. Other than that, we don’t have anything else happening except maybe going to try and replant my daisies. I forgot to tell Tony to water them while I was gone and as a result, they’re looking pretty frail. Fingers crossed they make a comeback.
Lastly we also just got a new KING bed (!!!) which means I need to find a new headboard.
Besides that, let’s get to my absolute favorites from this past week!
