We’re back in action with full carts (and empty cupboards) at Trader Joe’s! While I did pick up my usual organic produce, baking needs, and Tony’s favorite sandwich meats, I had to balance it out with some fun new snacks and treats. As you all know I love to whip up homemade goods on the regular…but everyone needs some good grab-and-go’s, am I right?
This week we scoured the aisles for all things crunchy, salty, savory and sweet and rounded up 25 of our favorites. These new finds are 25 ways to treat yo’ self, because balance is key and I’m a firm believer in moderation. Here we go!
Crunchy SnacksÂ
1.) Roasted Plantain Chips. Love plantain everything…chip form? Sign me up!
2.) Ranch Seasoned Crispy Chickpeas. These babies had me a ranch…fun snack with a good amount of protein!
3.) Inner Peas. These salty, crunchy bites are delish on their own or thrown into a snack mix.
4.) Seeded Mango & Ginger Crisps. A sweet & savory combo for your favorite cheese (maybe that Jalapeño Honey Chevre we found?)
5.) Quinoa & Black Bean Infused Tortilla Chips. My absolute favorite chips for salsa, guac, and snacking.
6.) Popcorn with Herbs & Spices. Gotta love all things popcorn…especially with these amazing spices!
7.) Hot & Spicy Dill Pickle Chips. I raise my hand for anything hot and spicy (and LOVE pickles).
On-the-go necessities
8.) RX Bar. Good ol’ TJ’s has my ultimate snack go-to!
9.) Cultured Coconut Milk. Aka dairy-free coconut milk yogurt! Top with any of the delish dried fruits below:
10.) Dried Wild Blueberries. These. Are. Amazing. By the handful, please! They taste exactly like gummy bears.
11.) Just Mango Slices. Pack these in your to-go bag – the perfect amount of sweetness and a satisfying chew.
12.) Coconut Strips. Can you tell I love coconut? This bag is awesome PLUS check the freezer section for frozen coconut meat!
13.) Almonds, Cashews, Pistachios, Chocolate, Cranberries & Cherries. Enough said. Sooo many goods.

14.) Sea Salt & Turbinado Sugar Dark Chocolate Almonds. Chocolate + sea salt = the best combo ever.
15.) Absolute Black Chocolate w/ Cocoa Nibs. As dark as it gets! The cocoa nibs add a little crunch to this 100% bar.
16.) Dark Chocolate Bar w/ Caramel and Black Sea Salt. If 100% isn’t your forte this one will be!
17.) The Dark Chocolate Lover’s Chocolate Bar. This one’s perfectly balanced with a slight sweetness and hints of fruit!
18.) Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups. Chocolate and peanut butter? These are perfect in every way.
Because cookies = love
19.) Salted Caramel Coconut Cookies. If you like macaroons you’re going to love the salted caramel center in these babies.
20.) Pinks & Whites. Okay anyone else grow up on these in animal-form?! So nostalgic!
21.) Maple Leaf Cookies. Hello FALL! Who’s ready for maple everything? Okay maybe too soon, but these look amazing.
22.) Triple Ginger Snaps. Love love ginger cookies with a cup of tea or coffee. Afternoon treats, anyone?
23.) Brownie Crisp. These crunchy, chocolate-y treats are vegan and gluten free! Look at those chocolate chunks…
24.) Chocolatey Coated Chocolate Chip Dunkers. I’ll be dunking these in some almond coconut milk – yum!
25.) Dark Chocolate Covered Pretzel Slims. Your favorite crispy pretzels drenched in delicious dark chocolate…nothing better.

Those inner peas chips are my favorite!! Going to have to try the crispy chick peas 🙂 I’ve had the dried cranberries to put in a salad but the blueberries sound so good too!!

So many good finds at TJs! I’ve tried most of the items on your list, but I have a couple more to try now 🙂 You should check out these two as well – Crispy Crunchy Mochi Rice Nuggets and Roasted Seaweed Snack! The salty and crispy combo for both make them high on my snacking list!

Love that 85% dark chocolate bar- an associate opened it up for me to try and it was amazing. I thought it was be too bitter but the fruity notes balance it out. Also check out their unsulphured dried apricots- they are so juicy and delicious! If you’re like me and can’t control yourself around trail mix, I love the snack packs they sell so they are pre-portioned for me.
Totally agree on the 85% chocolate bar! And I’ll definitely have to try those apricots + trail mix snack packs (way too easy to go back for handfuls of the full bag!)

Why oh why haven’t I tried the maple leaf cookies? We always grab the cinnamon schoolhouse cookies…a few of those crumbled into halo top ice cream = amazing!

I can’t control myself around the plantain chips and the pb chocolate cups. So I’ve taken to buying the latter in the smaller packaging instead of the big box because it’s just dangerous :p
Oh and the plantain chips? Dip them in hummus (TJ’s has an awesome hummus), and thank me later. 😉

I was so excited to see the coconut yogurt, but I didn’t love it – too sweet and too much of a jello texture. :/ I hope they’ll come out with a plain version. Those crispy chickpeas are great. I’m hoping for additional flavors to come along.
Oh no! We’ll have to keep an eye out for other flavors of the yogurt to try. And yes, love the chickpeas!

Try the triple ginger snaps with the apple cinnamon goat cheese (it’s a fall seasonal item). My favorite sweet snack for fall!

Wait until you try their new Cornbread Crisps. They are out of this world delicious! A combo of sweet and salty cornbread flavor. I don’t know if I’m happy to discover them or not. I can’t stay out of the bag!!!

When it comes to the dried fruit my favorite is the Golden Berry Blend. I put it in my oatmeal every morning.
OH man oh man oh man ! Ive been saying that since im back to my healthy lifestyle i wanted to find some healthy snacks since that seems to be my biggest weakness. And then you post this. So i headed right over to trader Joes. The entire atmosphere was different lol im from CT so im used to grumpy people damn ear running you over with their carts while groccery shopping and it screws up my mood bc hello.. food!? How can you not be happy. The people were nicer the foods ingredients i could actually say and knew what they were and eating them made me feel so much better! my fav were the dark chocolate reese cups and i got some cheeto puffs, cant wait to try a few more of the things you posted.

I really like the chocolate almonds, they are definitely delicious!! Their honey yogurt is also a keeper! I like using that in smoothies and just as a snack too. Lots of their desserts are also super good!
