THE WEEKEND!

So excited for it to finally be here. Actually to be honest this week flew by faster than I could have imagined; probably because I’ve been working a little too much. I think I tested 3 recipes yesterday.

Anyway what are your weekend plans? I’m heading to a party and somehow I agreed to bake 4 dozen cookies. I haven’t decided on which kinds yet other then the famous nutella-stuffed ones (the best cookies ever). I’ll also be flying to Minnesota on Sunday for a bridal shower and do some some work with Lee. Yay!

If you follow me on Instagram, you might have noticed that I posted this photo of peanut butter and jelly greek yogurt. I found it at Trader Joe’s, tried it last night for dessert and surprisingly it does actually taste like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I don’t think I could eat it every day though. However if you haven’t tried their coconut cream greek yogurt, I highly recommend it. I call it crack in a container… Just kidding!
