Delicious! The dip was a great compliment to our crostini, sandwiches, and charcuterie board throughout the holiday celebrations. Easy to make and a crowd pleaser! Thanks for sharing!

The spread for these crostinis is amazing on pretty much everything. I like to save some to dip chips into, or spread on toast for breakfast!

Have you irnwould you replace the crostini with cucumber slices? Trying to provide variety since there will be another app with crostini at a party I am going to. Suggestions?

    • replied:

I probably wouldn’t use cucumber slices, but another type of cracker would be delicious!

Since some people don’t care for cilantro, could I omit it or substitute parsley or another herb? Thanks! Can’t wait to make.

If I made the mix ahead of time, would it hold well? Thinking just a day early. Thanks! This looks delicious!

    • replied:

I wouldn’t recommend that, the avocados won’t be as fresh.

I lived I Utah for quite a few years. You hit the jackpot for skiing this week for sure. If you get a chance the Tin Angel Cafe in down town Salt Lake was always good. Enjoy the snow!

I love anything with avocados. They have lots of fiber which is good for the heart. This recipe will definitely work for me!
