These are delicious! I enjoy with a bit of frozen vanilla kefir yogurt and my husband likes it with coco whip. Ideas of what to do with the leftover 3 egg yolks?

YUM! Sounds delicious! Hmm I am not quite sure, let me think about that!

So good!! My gluten eating husband loved them too! I added in a teaspoon of cinnamon and used organic maple syrup as sweetener. Can’t wait for your book! Just about everything I make comes from Ambitious Kitchen. Thank you!

Nice! So happy you both enjoyed them! And yes, I’m SO excited for the cookbook, too 🙂 Thank you!

Hi! Do you have a recipe for the coconut whip cream? Or do you buy this pre-made? Thanks!

      I use pre-made! 🙂

Hi Monique! I love your brand, blog, posts, recipes! I rely on them often to make healthy desserts and get other ideas from your genius! Was hoping to find a vegan whip cream option (recipe) from you. You posted about it in the hummingbird cup cakes,….and it led here…Anyways, if not avail, no worries, I will google search elsewhere.

Congrats on being a new mom! Enjoy to the fullest and thank you so much for all the content you put out! It is sooooo greatly appreciated on this end!! My 3 boys (hubby included) love and appreciate it also!! xoxo

Hi Paula! I’m so glad you’re loving the recipe here. I have a coconut-based, fluffy frosting recipe here that you could likely make without the chocolate 🙂 And thank you so much!!
