Happy Sunday, everyone! I know a lot of you guys have been traveling recently, and this is a popular time to hit the road. I’m starting to feel the travel bug myself, so I rounded up 20 easy, high protein snacks to take with you wherever you’re headed next.
These snacks are packed with fiber & protein so that you won’t go hungry on your adventures. There’s literally nothing worse than being stuck on a plane with only airline peanuts to munch on, especially when your next full meal might be a few hours away. That’s why I opt for these bars, snack mixes and cookies (yes, protein cookies!) to keep me feeling satisfied.
