We all have our beauty routines, don’t we? I always have to put my mascara on with my mouth wide open; I fully believe it gives me better application precision. Or something like that anyway. My absolute favorite mascara has to be Great Lash Mascara from Maybelline. Yes, it’s cheap but it also happens to work extremely well for me. I buy the Lots of Lashes kind in Blackest Black; it seems to coat every eyelash and does a fantastic job at accentuating my eyes.
My biggest tip for long lashes: Heat your eyelash curler for 10 seconds with a hair dryer and curl your lashes before you apply mascara. Then apply, and use your eyelash curler to finish it off. Trust me, you’ll notice a difference!
Now for your lips! I can’t stand chapped lips. You need to make sure your lips are well-moisturized at all times! Because really, who wants to kiss dry lips? I used to date this guy who always had chapped lips… UGH. Anyway, I recommend applying lip balm before you apply your lip gloss or lipstick. It also helps if you can find a lipstick with vitamin e and moisturizers built in.
My biggest tip for soft lips:Â Rub warm coconut oil on your lips before you go to bed. A little goes a long way, plus it tastes delicious!
Today I’m excited to introduce you guys to Face to Face Organics, a wonderful start-up company I heard of through a friend. Face to face makes USDA certified organic lip balms that are handmade using renewable energy and are made with 40% recycled material. They’re also GMO and cruelty free!
The best part about this lip balm though? For every tube purchased, face to face gives $1 toward a smile-healing surgery for a child in need! They have already funded several surgeries that have indeed changed children’s lives.
“In developing countries, facial deformities among children are a major problem that leaves kids unable to socialize, eat, or smile. Most cannot afford a simple surgery that has been around for decades. At face to face we believe that every child with this issue should be able to receive that life-changing surgery.” — Face to Face Organics website.

Hey girl; I am totally with you on the Maybelline mascara; been my favorite for 10+ years…and I’ve always said if I were stranded on a deserted beach and could only have one beauty item with me, it would be my eyelash curler…but heating before using?!?! I have never thought to do that!!! Although, I would have to say, with the years and their toll on my face, my favorite products are a great moisturizer & makeup primer…I feel like it provides a smooth surface for which all of the following make-up applications can go on smooth. Oh, & lipgloss…I am kind of a freak about that. I found some made by Melalucca that I totally love, but am always trying new things. I love the idea of using coconut oil on my lips at bedtime instead of lip balm!!! oxox
I love fresh sugar lip stuff!

Didn’t like it. The whole “Be careful” thing is far too disconnected from the characters. With the way his wife tells him that she just “wanted him to be careful”, it’s like those voice messages were left for him. Yet the only time he has any connection to the victim is when it’s the cop friend.Sorry, but I don’t think the story is any good. There’s no link between the other victims and the main character. There’s just no reason for the message at all, except the one time with the cop friend.VA:F [1.9.21_1169](from 0 votes)
I try to be honest. If I don’t like a book, I don’t write a review. My time is very short because of all the commitments in my life and I barely have time to review all the books and stories I do like. After wasting hours reading a book that I did not like, I refuse to spend another minute reviewing it.
