I’m back from San Francisco filled with inspiration and feel good energy! Sorry about being late on this post again — I stayed up way too late and passed out with my computer on my lap before I could finish the post. I’m feeling stressed out of my mind and all I want to do is eat a burger and fries. Obviously I need to crush that craving this weekend so I stop thinking about it.
As many of you probably know, over the past week I visited the amazing Stitch Fix HQ. It was one of the best press trips I’ve ever been on — from the people to the energy and amazing stylists — I was treated like a QUEEN! We actually got to do a photoshoot with the Stitch Fix team and I’m so excited to show you all of the everything. I styled them all myself so hopefully you’ll get a little inspired. Anyway, that will be up on the blog as soon as I get the photos so stay tuned.
In the meantime, if you haven’t tried out Stitch Fix, you seriously need to. I’ve been working with them for years and get my own fix every single month. It’s fun and there’s no requirement for me to keep any of the five items that are sent — all you pay is a $20 styling fee. You will love — promise. Let me know if you have questions about it below!
In other news, I need a BREAK. I’m exhausted and tired so all I really want to do is cozy up in our home and watch a movie this weekend. Seriously, it’s all I want. However, work calls and I’ve got some planning to do so hopefully I can find a balance there. One of the biggest struggles for me is balancing time for myself and time spent working. I like to work A LOT. Maybe too much.
Where’s my burger?

AK IS HIRING!
It has come to my attention that over the past few months business has become more hectic as I travel frequently and take on new, exciting projects. So… I’ve decided to bring someone else on our team! Right now it’s Rose (all things social), Qui (designer), Sarah (sometimes does photography for me) & hopefully someone who specializes in video.
I want to hire someone to create recipe and fitness videos for me on a part-time basis (think Tasty style videos, except with more movement). Ideally this person would be based in the Chicago area, owns their own equipment (DSLR camera) & IS FUN AS HELL. If you are interested or know someone who might be, have them email me examples & their resume at monique@ambitiouskitchen.com. I might not respond to your email immediately, so please give me a week or so.
Thank you!
