I already have match and collagen powder, so not anxious to buy another product. Would you say half of each for this recipe, or maybe a little more matcha than collagen?

    • replied:

Perfect! Half should work well 🙂

Can one use coconut oil if have no coconut butter and also use matcha powder without collagen?

    • replied:

The coconut oil might be a bit thinner, but I think it should work! I haven’t tried regular matcha powder but I think it will work as well.

Hi! Love your recipes, especially the Salsa Verde Lentil Tacos! These look great, except I was wondering about the vegan label on the photo above? The product website shows the collagen coming from beef or marine sources. Thanks!

Hi Juliana! Great catch here – I will update asap! Thank you!

Would it work to add mint extract to the matcha and coconut butter for a York Peppermint taste??

        • replied:

Ooo I haven’t tried that but I bet that would be fantastic!
