Welcome to the weekend, lovelies. This week FLEW by! I spent the week testing recipes because we’re shooting all of our February (and some of March) next week. By the way, we’re still peeling through the results of the annual AK reader survey and determining what kind of recipes you’d like to see more of in 2016! Thank you so much for filling that out! It’s incredibly helpful. I want to make sure that I’m providing you with a variety of recipes which encourage you to enjoy and prepare nutritious, healthy meals (and treats).
What else? I’ve been having a blast making breakfast this week with some of my old favorites. Oatmeal bakes, smoothie bowls, etc. Now that I wake up at 5:15am, when 7am rolls around I’m usually starving. Below you’ll see one of my favorite, easy breakfasts: Cottage Cheese Oatmeal Banana Pancakes covered in bananas and almond butter.
