Super excited to share this simple healthy breakfast recipe round up with you because breakfast just so happens to typically be my favorite meal of the day. I go to bed excited about what I’m going to be having for breakfast the next morning. Everything from overnight oats to pancakes to my favorite veggie packed frittata.

If you find yourself always running late with little time to eat before you head out for the day, then I suggest trying out meal prepping for breakfast.
