Your recipes are incredible. A friend directed me to your site for the Avocado Black Bean brownies. OMG – they were decadent. I am going to try your cheesy egg muffins next. Look up the words “these ones”. It is much easier to just say these. Thanks so much for your wonderful recipes and tips.

Amazing! So happy you loved the brownies and I hope you love the egg muffins, too!

While I’ve not made any of these was wondering if adding a small amount of Black Salt would enhance the “egg” flavor?

    • replied:

I just use these for baking, so they usually don’t need that “egg” flavor in them!

What if the recipe needs more than one egg?

    • replied:

You can make as many of the vegan eggs as the recipe calls for!

Some of the ingredients are a bit foreign to me,but it looks like a delicious meal

Yes, I’ve used all of these… they are all good in different ways. Have you heard of the ‘super-egg’? Some folks have added flax meal to aquafaba for extra bind!

  • says:

The flax egg is always my go-to in baking! Sometimes, I even use canned pumpkin. Anyways, have you ever tried the Follow Your Heart Vegan Egg from those health food stores? It is mainly used as a scrambled egg or omelet substitute, but it works wonderfully in baking supposedly!

    • replied:

Pumpkin is a cool idea! I haven’t tried that brand, but will check them out!
