Just quick question. For other recipes, you’ve mentioned the nutritional information including the calories in each serving. Do you know how many calories does 1 Butter apple coffee cake slice have? I’m trying to lose weight but also make sure that I reward my body. Knowing the calories would help me do both.

For Valentine’s Day, my dream would be to eat vegan chocolate cake, vegan Chinese food, watch romantic yet thrilling and funny movies, and go on an early morning hike or workout. THAT would be my dream! I do have a boyfriend now, but we’ll be celebrating another day since he’ll be out of town. But hey, I wouldn’t mind having a day to express love for myself!
