Haven’t cooked with lentils before? Welcome, you’ve come to the right place. I absolutely love adding lentils to traditionally meat-heavy meals like chilis, stews, and even tacos, because they pack tons of plant-based protein and fiber. These little babies are guaranteed to fill you up.
Start with my mom’s famous vegetarian lentil “meatloaf” – it’s freaking delicious.

Just bought some lentils! Had no idea what to do with them though so I will absolutely make some of these delicious looking meals! Thank you! Also, suggestion if I may… Lentil veggie burger? Just an idea! Thanks again!
Just saw that you have a chickpea lentil burger… oops!
Yes! I’m hoping to make new ones too 🙂 Hope you find a fun new recipe here with those lentils!
I love lentils! Your slow cooker taco lentil soup is one of my favorite go-to meals in the winter!
Amazing!! Love that one 🙂
Absolutely loved Butternut Squash Chickpea/lentil Moroccan stew. My daughter is vegetarian and coelliac and this was a great hit with our family
So glad it was a hit with the whole family! One of my favorite lentil recipes 🙂
My dad doesn’t like beans, so he rarely ever cooks with them or eats them. Kind of upsetting because they’re so healthy for you! But anyhow, my dad DOES love lentils, especially in Indian curries and veggie soups! I’m really happy that he eats them, and my mother and I can make even more recipes with them from this list! The Moroccan stew and the lentil and quinoa chili look especially delicious!
You’ll have to make a few of these for him to try! Let me know how it goes 🙂
