I love adding chickpeas into my recipes because they’re an excellent source of plant-based protein. They create an amazing texture in soups and curries (my favorite meals right now) and are an easy add-in for any salads. Plus, they’re SO cheap! We’re talking about $1 for a can of this goodness.
