Let’s talk breakfast. If you know me, you know I’m not one to skip over (arguably) the best meal of the day, and here on AK you’ll find fluffy stacks of pancakes, all of the muffins your heart desires and the yummiest, savory breakfast recipes that you’ll come back to again and again.

The new year always brings new requests from you guys about what types of recipes you want to see on the blog, which is where this delicious list of low carb breakfast recipes came about. When people think about low carb breakfasts the first thing that comes to mind is, of course, eggs.

While there are plenty of egg recipes here that make great grab and go breakfasts, I made sure to include a few of my favorite low carb breakfast ideas without eggs that I know you’ll love. You’ll find my go-to low carb pancake recipes, waffles and a delicious bread that all pack fiber and nourishing ingredients. They’re made with ingredients like coconut and almond flour that are naturally lower in carbs, gluten free, grain free and make the recipes paleo, too.
