Your rice and beans recipe was real good it should have been included in one of your 25 best. You also had some recipes from the Puerto Rican table that I also liked. It brought me back to when I lived in B’klyn. I hired my cook because she
was familiar with the Puerto Rican cuisine. I also enjoy the wide menus you post as you cover many European dishes that can be enjoyed. The menus from Portugal and Spain that are made from the sea cannot be beat. Their Bacalao is fantastic. I do however think that you could teach them a thing or two.
I really enjoy your food blog especially when you post Latino dishes from the Caribean
