June is here and I couldn’t be more excited for summer recipes. We’re finally getting warmer, sunny days here in Chicago and I’ve been stocking my kitchen with the best seasonal produce for quick, super fresh lunches and dinners. This past weekend I made a simple fruit salad with blueberries, peaches, fresh mint, and a drizzle of honey. So easy and so delicious.

What’s in season in June?

This month be sure to stock up on fresh herbs, green beans, berries, peas, and delicious mangoes. Tony and I are hoping to grow some herbs on our patio, plus tons of gorgeous flowers.

These recipes are for calling up your friends, making double or triple batches, and enjoying on the patio all month long. I’ve got some easy dinners to make on the grill or stovetop, salads for sharing or for your weekday meal-prep, and plenty of treats that sneak in fruits & veggies.
