Hello00, homemade healthy raspberry balsamic dressing of my dreams. This easy dressing is a fun twist on a classic balsamic vinaigrette with sweet notes of raspberry flavor that you’re going to love.
A lil’ sweet, a lil’ tangy, and SO freaking good.
I love adding this dressing to salads with other berries and fruits, maybe some creamy goat cheese, and quick grilled chicken. It’s perfectly light and adds a little decadence to the flavors. You could even make a quick balsamic reduction out of it and drizzle it on basically everything.

Healthy Raspberry Balsamic Dressing
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon raspberry jam
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Add all ingredients to a bowl or a mason jar and mix until well combined. If using a mason jar, you can simply put the lid on and shake the jar until well combined. Dressing serves 4.
This dressing will stay good in an airtight container or mason jar for up to 1 week.
If you want to make a balsamic reduction: Double this recipe, then add it to to a small pot and place over low heat. Allow it to simmer for 10-15 minutes until reduced by half.
