You read that right: 52. Recipes. All vegetarian. YUM! There’s a fabulous mix of veggie-packed salads, hearty soups & stews, delicious comfort foods, and even vegetarian-takes on traditionally meat-heavy meals. Long story short: there’s something for everyone in this round up. I think the best part was going back in time to some recipes from 2011 and 2012 – Abra and I call them “vintage AK.” I discovered some gems back in the good ol’ days of young AK, and I now have a new list of recipes to re-make for this fall.
