Real talk: sometimes Thursday night rolls around, the week has been long, and frozen pizza seems like the only option for dinner. We’ve all been there. Well I’m here to make these nights (and any night) easy, fun, and delicious with one pan meals that you’re going to love.
These recipes are my tried-and-true dinner favorites – one’s that I make almost every week for Tony and I. We like to mix it up between vegetarian meals and ones with meat, and these are perfect for adapting to most dietary needs. You’ll find flavorful curries, quick stir-fry’s, and obviously my mama’s famous chicken & rice.
The best part? One pan = EASY cleanup. Byyyeee doing the dishes till 9pm.
